Buckley Bay Beach House vacation rental is centrally located in Buckley Bay, a small community that is part of the Comox Valley on the east coast of Vancouver Island, BC. Mt. Washington and Strathcona Provincial Park: (45 minutes): Hiking, Scenic Drive, Chairlift Ride (+5200 ft):

Horne Lake Caves (30 minutes) Great adventures into caves for the whole family.

Cumberland (15 minutes) A historic mining town with excellent biking trails, rental shops, plus antique shops to browse around. Take the lovely scenic drive to the glacier fed Comox Lake.

Denman and Hornby Island (Day Trip) Two beautiful Islands. The Buckley Bay ferry terminal is just
a few minutes down the road, taking you on a short journey to
Denman Island which has many provincial parks. There is also a
short ferry trip to Hornby Island which boasts some of the warmest
waters at Tribune Bay Beach. There is also a wonderful 5km hike
on the Bluffs of Halliwell Provincial Park.

Union Bay (10 minutes) Hire
a Kayak, take a picnic. Tree Island Provincial Park is just 2
hours away by Kayak, enjoy a bit of paradise on this island. Scuba
Diving available to wrecks nearby.

Tofino (Approx 2.5 Hours) Known for its wild west coast, rainforests, natural beaches, hot springs and whale watching.

Victoria (Approx 2.5 hours) The historic capital of British Columbia.
